✔️ Props: stools, chairs, small décor items, plants, mirrors
✔️ Kitchenette with coffee & tea, fridge, and sink
✔️ Bathroom and changing area
✔️ Clothing rack, steamer, hangers
✔️ Access to extension cords, tripods, and Apple boxes
✔️ Free on-site parking

All sessions must include setup and pack-down time within your booking.
